These two industrial buildings are transformed into production premises for performing arts.
The buildings have previously functioned as workshops and industry related activities for the Sture terminal. Offshore activity in the area has been greatly reduced in recent years, and it is a wish of the municipality that new ventures are established here.
The transition from oil to cultural activities is particularly welcome. Production halls of different sizes, offices, changing rooms and workshops provide a suitable flexible setting for production of performing arts.
A second phase of development includes a village for artists for artistic exchanges during rehearsal and recording periods.
