Which qualities are to be found in Laksevågneset that further planning should take into account?

Can we establish a robust city plan concept which speaks to the city’s changing needs and facilitates development over time?

How can temporary measures contribute to the city’s future character, create life and give useful insight in further planning?

We test different scenarios on how the area can be transformed over time into a new sustainable urban area as an expansion of Bergen city center. Important questions are framed around Laksevågneset identity and its past and possible future as a port city and industrial area.
